Pump & Stretch Challenge – 3rd Month Results!
The pump and stretch challenge continues, and while May’s results were the penile equivalent of a shrugged shoulder, June’s reaction was a little different: a victory reaction, followed by a shrugged shoulder.
This is the 3rd report in the pump and stretch challenge series. I hope to provide a full years worth of updates so that others can see what results are possible, or not possible, with a bathmate-phallosan combo.
For those that are new to this series; I’ve used a bathmate for a full year by itself, but never saw permanent gains after taking a year off from it, so this challenge is all about combining it with a stretcher to see if the results are not only better, but if they are permanent. Once it is done I do plan on taking time off to see if the results stick.
As far as I know no one has (as openly, honestly?) tested the long term results of any of these products and chronicled it in one place. I figured I’d give it a shot since it’s always been an interest of mine to blog about an experience, just as someone would blog about hiking the Appalachian trail or an adventure across the world. Granted, I Never really thought it’d be an experience like penis pumping or enlargement… but hey, life gets interesting if you let it, and this keeps my interest.
Here are some of the highlights from June:
The Good/Interesting
- Darkened vein has lightened and come back to life
- Reached high-tension on the stretcher towards the end of the month
- Hit 4 hours with the phallosan in 1 session
- Able to pump longer again, mid-month
- Can now wear phallosan 3 hours comfortably versus 2 hours without the burning sensation (improvement!)
- Feels thicker
- Girlfriend felt a size difference during the coitus and fellatio (a big victory for the little guy!)
The Ugly
- Hematomas on shaft after longer sessions (30+ minutes)
- Phallosan came unscrewed while wearing (and some people jog with it on?)
- Some severe pinching of foreskin while wearing the phallosan
- So much for stealth. My girlfriend, who knows I use the Bathmate, but not the Phallosan, saw the white medical-looking strap of my phallosan hanging out from my shorts, and justifiably asked “WHAT are you WEARING??”
- Even though she felt a size difference, the ruler said otherwise
Nothing is left out of these reports. I’m not here to impress anyone or to sound good. The goal is to be transparent about the difficulties and hard-earned successes of penis enlargement.
Why Try Penis Enlargement?
Penis enlargement is one of those things every guy thinks about at some point in life. I am no different. Aside from that, I also find things on a daily basis that motivate me to provide transparency in an otherwise one-sided arena.
Sure, you can go to a forum and read about how user HarryBalls can wear his stretcher 14 hours a day no problem – even while jogging! And does anyone notice him wearing it? No, because HarryBalls is also a ninja. He can do anything.
I on the other hand am not a ninja. When I walk around wearing a stretcher on someone notices. When it happened to me, her face immediately went into WTF mode, and her first thought was I was wearing a giant jock strap (which is funny because that’s what I feel like I’m wearing).
Jokes aside, my point is more transparency is needed. Hearing only good stuff sets others up for disaster. People need to know that when someone sees that strap poking out they may think you are wearing a jock strap, or even a catheter. They’ll talk about it, and you won’t know till someone finally asks you. Are you ready for that discussion?
What Numbers to Expect
In each report you will see these stats:
- Time pumped (average session time and monthly total)
- Results (length and girth growth of erect and length of flaccid)
- Thoughts on how to improve results
Other things will be tracked too, because every little bit counts.
- Kegels
- Morning Wood
Kegels are important for a number of reasons. This month’s reason is the ability to multi orgasm, which was a popular topic in this Bulletproof Radio Podcast episode. Strong PC muscles = multiple orgasms. Yet another awesome benefit of doing kegels. This article talks a bit more about it.
Morning wood is my indication of healthy hormones. It let’s me know everything is working, which is important when you take on a potentially damaging challenge like penis enlargement. I’ll know something is up if I stop getting them. This scenario happened this month. Fortunately, it wasn’t due to aggressive pumping or stretching, but instead a lifestyle change, which you will read about in this update.
June’s Totals
The beginning of the month started off slow, due to a sore vein I mentioned in last months update. The breaks helped immensely, and you’ll see that the pace gradually picked up as the month continued. Last month I said I would continue with 15-20 minute sessions so as to not cause another injury. So much for that plan. There’s some 30+ minute sessions in here. But all is not lost, these sessions contributed to an important decision.
Pump Stats
- Number of times used: 20 (-7)
- Monthly total time used: 6.17 hours (-6.66 hours)
- Average session length: 18.5 minutes (-10.02 minutes)
Many pump users believe that longer sessions are key to rapid gains. A routine of long pump sessions, in my experience, does not seem sustainable.
What can be done instead? Shorter sessions, multiple times a day. I’ve given long pumping sessions enough of a chance to prove effectiveness, and the results have been clear – it’s not worth the risk, even when done slow.
A darkened, sore vein was my body’s way of saying – no more. The burst capillaries are a sign I’m doing too much. Having to get surgery to remove a dead vein is not something I want to experience.
In this challenge, I’m testing ideas, and crossing them off. Long sessions are now off the list.
What’s next? shorter sessions, multiple times a day. Next month I will throw in some 2-a-days, and see what happens.
Thanks Arnica
Arnica gel has made a noticeable difference in reducing soreness and clearing up the red spots. It’s great, and dries very quickly, in as little as 10 seconds.
It’s something I added to my PE emergency kit to help treat a sore vein (alongside supplementation).
Arnica is commonly used by homeopathic practitioners to treat sports injuries. It is easy to get hold of, and can be found in most CVS’s and Walgreens. Probably Walmart too.
One of the symptoms it is commonly used for is painful and swollen veins near the surface of the skin (from WebMD). This makes it a great addition to your PE first aid kit.
If you are still experimenting with long sessions, then having a bottle within reach wouldn’t be a bad idea.
I took 3 days off because I felt a break was necessary in allowing the vein to heal further.
7 days off in total is not bad, but I’d like to get to the point where I never miss a day. One way I plan to do that is by avoiding injury.
Stretcher Stats
- Number of times worn: 27 (-2)
- Monthly total time used: 67.5 hours (+6 hours)
- Average session length: 2.5 hours (+27 minutes)
Last month I broke a sleeve. Last month I was angry about the cost of replacement sleeves, and wanted to give up on the Phallosan (PF).
I felt that way till I bought an X4, and quickly discovered the “X4” stands for the multiple of times more painful it is compared to the PF.
Truth is, I may have jumped the gun too early on the PF disgust-train, because it is far more comfortable compared to the padded noose the x4 is.
Maybe finding a quality stretcher has been hard because there are none. I’m not excited to recommend a stretcher like I am the Bathmate. Bottom line is, the Bathmate is insanely well made – almost like it was designed to be used.
Here’s the wear on my PF already…
Here’s a Jeep running over the Bathmate…
(not my video)
Right now, the only positive I can find with the X4 is it was insanely easy to buy. The checkout process on their site is like butter, and they deserve credit for that.
On the other hand: I emailed them about my shipment. Never got a reply. It’s also clearly marked on items in the box that only partial refunds will be given, which isn’t something clearly stated on their website. Bummer.
Now I’ve noticed I am missing the velcro straps. I’ve emailed them again to let them know. We’ll see if they reply.
So far, things aren’t looking good for X4 Labs.
The saving grace is if I use it for 6 months and am not satisfied, I can get double my money back – according to their website:
We shall see, but I’ll need those velcro straps!
Credit Deserved
To this day, the support from the folks at Bathmate has dominated everything else I’ve ever bought. All my emails have been responded to.
The more devices I try, the more of a fan I become of their pump (and company), and I think that will continue to solidify as this challenge progresses.
A Sinrex Surprise
This 2-in-1 supplement came with the x4 labs stretcher, so, why not try it? Right?
Surprisingly, Sinrex has provided a noticeable boost in libido, which is great. I’m no stranger to the ingredients, as I used to take them on their own, but grew tired of buying them all separately. Having them in one supplement is nice, and I like what they are doing by offering two different formulas in one package – the red bottle being the Male Enhancement formula, and the blue bottle being the Orgasm Intensifier.
One thing I’m not a fan of, is the nausea that comes when taken on an empty stomach.
The bottle recommends taking it with food. This takes me back to an experience I’ve had with a supplement company called Standard Process, which puts all sorts of dehydrated cow organs into it’s formulations (not kidding), which unsurprisingly, causes nausea when taken on an empty stomach. Their reasoning for doing so isn’t completely unjustified. It’s a cheap source of Growth Factors and Hormones.
It’s that experience that makes me weary of supplements that recommend taking with food. I’m aware that some perform better when taken with food, for absorption reasons, but others are simply recommended because the ingredients are putrid and your body will want to expel them otherwise.
I’m not saying this is the case with Sinrex. It could be something else entirely, and it’s something I want to look more into, because so far it has done what it said it would do, which is boost libido.
I wasn’t surprised to see Cellulose listed as an ingredient. It’s not uncommon for companies to add plant fibers as fillers to fill up a pill. I don’t like the idea of ingesting unnecessary filler, but I’m going to give it more time and research before I come to a conclusion.
Pumping & Stretching Use Combined
Here you can see the pumping and stretching totals stacked together. This month there were fewer days where no device was used (just 3), which is an improvement over May’s 6.
Final Results
The final measurements were taken June 30th, and compared to May’s final measurements. They are kind of a bummer. It feels thicker, but the measurements don’t reflect that. It could be that the thickness is in areas I am not measuring, like the base or glans. I have been measuring girth of the mid shaft.
- Flaccid Length: No increase
- Erection Length: No increase
- Erection Girth: No increase
Other Stats
- Kegels: 700/1000 (+360)
- Morning Wood: 15/31 mornings
Despite taking Sinrex for the majority of the month I did not experience more morning wood. Mid-month my routine flipped on it’s head, which threw my sleep cycle out of wack, and this time-period accounted for the majority of mornings missed. I’ve experienced this before, and just goes to show you can have everything right, but if your sleep cycle is wack then nothing else makes a difference.
This lack of morning wood presented a good opportunity to give fasting a try. After a 24 hour fast my testosterone went through the roof, which yielded lots of energy, and rightly so: a raging morning boner.
The science doesn’t lie – fasting really can boost testosterone levels. As far as I know this is the cheapest way to do so!
Ways to Improve?
Increasing average wear time for the PF, and bumping up the number of pump sessions are both ways I may be able to improve my results.
I experimented with fasting some in June, but it’s definitely something I’ll have to ease into, as it takes a good amount of willpower. I’m still keen on trying it for the proven boost in HGH and Testosterone it can provide – both important for growth.
Since I already have Sinrex, I’ll keep taking it, and leave the pill department alone till it runs out.
Likewise, I haven’t ran out of MaxSize cream, so that area is good for now.
For now the best I can do is get more hours in with the PF, more sessions with the BM, more consistency in my sleep schedule, and maybe more fasting.
Three Months Down
Something happens when month 3 hits – and it’s been good. The routine gets easy. There’s less mental stress about what I’m doing. It’s a great feeling, and is similar in experience to when I used only the Bathmate a couple years ago.
This does it for the month of June. It’s a bummer I’m not seeing more results considering everything I’m using. But, maybe that’s just it – more does not equate to more results.
Since most of you will be reading this in July – have a good 4th! May you keep all your appendages.
So, how about it? Have you been getting results?
