Before I bought my own Bathmate, one of the reviews I read had a guy that said he was doing something he called ‘DLD Bathmate GirthBlasters‘. I looked to see what they actually are, and wrote up this simple explanation so you too are in the know.

This routine not only eliminated my fluid retention but it brought massive expansion with each session and ultimately a solid .25″ gain in girth. This gain was retained after no training for almost two weeks and it was in mid-shaft girth, the hardest place for me to gain. I have since started BathMate Girth Blasters again and hope to possibly add my last .25″ of girth (like I need it).”

This guy says he used this exercise (as well as a slew of others and devices) to gain 1 inch in 12 months. I’m not sure how true this is, but he sure sounds convincing. Granted, he also plays with his dingdong from 7am to 2pm doing a series of stretches and squashes, so really, how could you not see results… even if that result is your penis falling off.
Slow Squash Jelquing
After reading and even watching a vid of some guy doing the exercise, I finally have a good idea of what they are. Turns out the exercise is just Slow Squash Jelquing – but done immediately after using the Bathmate, with an 80-90% erection.
You would use your Bathmate for the suggested 20 minutes letting it do its thing. The goal of course to get as much blood as you comfortably can into your penis. Once the session is over, you remove it and start Slow Squash Jelquing for 5 minutes, or for a set amount of reps. Some guys do as much as 100, but this will all depend on the condition your penis is in and your comfort level. I’ve personally found that after wearing the Bathmate for 20 minutes (at least right now, because I’ve just started using it) the last thing I want to do is put it through more stress.
To Slow Squash Jelq you simply use your hand as you would to jelq, doing an ‘ok’ sign at the base of your penis, and then squash the head of your penis down towards your clamped hand. This forces blood into the middle, forcing it to expand. More expansion in the middle means bigger girth (circumference of the penis), which is what most want. The other technique is to bring your clamped hand towards the top hand that is ‘squashing’ the head in.
Use Your Hands or a Clamp
Some people go so far as to use an actual clamp to trap blood in their penis. I guess if you are serious about penis exercises then a clamp should be bought, however, it is not necessary.
